GoPiki is Ghana's medicine and parcel delivery app. It covers three things in one place: medicine delivery from partner pharmacies, single parcel delivery, and bulk dispatch for social sellers on WhatsApp, Instagram, and TikTok.
Not yet — GoPiki is pre-launch. You can join the waiting list now and we'll notify you on WhatsApp the moment it's your turn.
Tap "Join Waiting List" anywhere on the site and select whether you're joining as a customer, a rider, or a pharmacy partner.
GoPiki is launching in Ghana first.
GoPiki only collects what's needed to complete your delivery — recipient details, address, and order information. Payment is handled entirely by Paystack, not stored on GoPiki's own systems.
Take a photo of your prescription and GoPiki's AI reads it and extracts each item automatically. You review the extracted list and confirm before it's sent to pharmacies.
No. Once you submit a prescription or medicine order, nearby pharmacies receive the request and respond with their own quote — you don't have to pick one in advance.
Each nearby pharmacy sets its own price and preparation time for your request. You compare the quotes that come back and choose the one that works best for you.
No — GoPiki doesn't integrate with NHIS. Every medicine order is paid for directly through Paystack once you accept a pharmacy's quote.
Creating a single parcel delivery takes under 60 seconds. A rider is auto-assigned once you submit it.
The fee is a GHS 10 base charge plus GHS 3 per kilometer, with a GHS 12 minimum and a GHS 150 cap, plus 20% VAT added at checkout. For example: 0–1 km is GHS 14.40, 5 km is GHS 30, 10 km is GHS 48, and 20 km is GHS 84.
Every delivery closes with an OTP or PIN that the recipient shares with the rider to confirm receipt — no disputes, no missing packages.
Delivery confirmation requires the recipient to be present and share their OTP/PIN with the rider. Beyond that, GoPiki hasn't published a separate policy for this yet.
Paste your order messages from WhatsApp, Instagram, or TikTok directly into GoPiki. The AI reads the text and extracts recipient names, addresses, and items automatically — no manual re-typing.
Up to 10 orders in a single session.
Batches with 5 or more orders in one session get a 5% discount on the subtotal.
No — you make one payment for the entire batch, however many orders are in it.
GoPiki's AI reads order message formats from WhatsApp, Instagram, and TikTok.
Join the waiting list as a rider. GoPiki will reach out on WhatsApp when rider onboarding opens.
Riders earn 78% of the delivery fee for each job. Tips are separate from the delivery fee and go 100% to the rider.
Riders can withdraw to their bank account or Mobile Money anytime, with a GHS 20 minimum. The first 4 withdrawals each month are free; after that, each withdrawal costs GHS 1. Processing takes 24–48 hours.
Yes. Riders toggle online or offline to work whenever they choose, and jobs are accepted instantly — first acceptance wins.
Join the waiting list as a pharmacy partner. GoPiki will follow up to onboard you as a launch partner.
You'll receive prescription requests from nearby customers, submit a price and prep-time quote in seconds, and fulfill and track orders through the GoPiki pharmacy app.
No marketing spend is required — prescription requests come directly to your pharmacy from customers nearby, helping you build a recurring customer base without advertising costs.
All payments — medicine orders, single parcels, and bulk batches — go through Paystack.
It's the proof-of-delivery step. The recipient shares their OTP or PIN with the rider only once the order is in hand, which prevents disputes and confirms delivery closed correctly.
No. Paystack handles payment processing — GoPiki does not store your card information.
